Submission of abstracts

Abstract submission procedure :

The space for submitting communication proposals, directly online, is currently open.

1. Filing Procedure :

Login - "Login" tab on the top right if you already have an account on Sciencesconf.org, HAL, Episciences... Otherwise, you can create an account here and then come back to the congress website using your new login.

2.Submit an abstract :

In the left-hand menu, under the heading "Login", click on "Deposits". The window "Repositories > My repositories" will open. Just click on "Submit an abstract" and follow the procedure (title of the paper, choice of theme, keywords, contact details of the author(s), etc.).

  • At step 3 "File(s)", a communication proposal template (also downloadable here) will be proposed to you to submit your file. Once you have completed the template, click on "Choose a file" and then select your file. Finally, click on "Upload".

nb. : for information, the elements to be filled in the proposed template are the following: title of the communication, choice of theme; keywords; abstract (between 300 and 400 words).

nb. bis: no additional data is required. The "Additional data" section does not need to be filled in. Just click on "Next step" when prompted.

  • At step 4 "Summary", check all the information and make sure to click on "Submit" to validate your submission.
